Abstract

The research titled “The Role of Intercultural Education in the Development of Children in EarlyYears” aims to redefine educational practices related to Cultural Education in elementaryschools, focusing on cultural diversity and respect for differences. It highlights the disconnectionbetween teaching and children's cultural contexts, which can negatively impact their identity andself-esteem. The study explores how cultural education influences these aspects and examinespedagogical practices that incorporate culture. Additionally, it identifies barriers to culturalintegration in curricula and proposes strategies to overcome them, ultimately fostering a moreinclusive and representative educational environment.
