Abstract

This article sought to understand how the support teacher is conceived from the perspective of Inclusive Education in the state of Goiás, his trajectory from the year 2000 to the present day, highlighting actions and pertinent legislation in the world, in the country and in the state itself, in the schools of the state. state education network and its consequences as Public Policy. The implementation of the State Program for Education for Diversity in an Inclusive Perspective is the framework used as a starting point for the discussion and there is still a concern for the formation of the role of support teacher, as well as expectations of continuity and strengthening of inclusive actions. For this understanding, the method used was a bibliographic review, with data collected in the Brazilian and State Legislation, and also counted on authors that deal with the theme of Education, Inclusion and Teacher Training, thus proposing the continuity of research, studies and the matter in question.
